Luxury Interior design is not “e-design” because you are still working in-person with us but it is done remotely. While e-design provides pre-set rooms, styling recommendations, and a click-to-purchase option, Luxury Interior Design is ideal for the home or business owner who needs help completing rooms with a layered, personalized, and unique design aesthetic. This service provides clients with systems and resources to self-execute the project while we prevented costly mistakes.

Luxury Interior Design can not include structural modifications without first hiring a Professional Engineer to consult on your home or property - then we can treat your project as nearly full-service. However, if your home or business is undergoing major construction or renovation (50% or more), or requires meetings with architects, engineers, and general contractors, then you are a full-service interior design client.

How Online Interior Design works:

PHASE 1: PROJECT DISCOVERY Much like full-service, the design must be a reflection of your lifestyle, brand and values. After our free 30 minute consultation, we will meet online to review the project site, investigate and understand deeper needs, and set parameters for our working relationship - it’s your own design show! The result of this phase is a detailed proposal for interior design services with a project brief, criteria, design work schedule and a recommended budget of which, again, we present to you by video.

PHASE 2: CONCEPT & PLANNING Once you’ve completed your self-measure and had our measure video meeting, the space planning starts with resolving the conflicts to arrive at about two or three design solutions. The rest of or day-to-day communications will be exclusively inside our Client Portal. Once the space plan is approved, we move to select furniture, finishes, and equipment for the entire project. Our solution is then revised based upon selections. The result of this phase is a personal materials box sent to your door to keep. From here, you may consult with local contractors on budgeting the project.

PHASE 3: DESIGN EXECUTION While you meet with and hire a contractor, we start this phase with value engineering the selections, and possibly even revisit the design solution to economize or elaborate further. You will hear less from us during this phase because we are preparing the detailed working drawings and three-dimensional visuals to present to you but otherwise our lines of messaging communication remains open. After our presentation, your plans are ready!

PHASE 4: SELF- EXECUTION Although we call this self-execution, you won’t be alone on major decision making or minor changes to your design plans because we support you with an inclusive one-time change and a reasonable amount of messages - just to ensure that the project goes off without a hitch (we hope!) After the work is done and you’ve moved in, we’ll follow up with a 30 minute video tour of your finished space and celebrate your success together.
